\u0395na Development Consultants was founded in 2006 in Xanthi and provides development, funding, and digital transformation consulting services to businesses of all sizes, the public sector, organizations, and institutions, at both local and regional levels. In addition, ena Development Consultants is closely connected\u2014both as a supporting entity and as a partner\u2014with three flagship initiatives in the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace: the Thinc Thrace Incubator, the business incubator of Democritus University of Thrace, the eMT cluster, the first collaborative Innovation & Technology cluster in the region, and DigiAgriFood, the first European Digital Innovation Hub in the Agri-Food sector in Greece.<\/p>

Indicatively, the company has successfully implemented more than 80 projects under the Development Law, over 500 projects within the Rural Development Programme (such as Improvement Plans, Marketing and Processing of Agricultural Products, LEADER initiatives, etc.), and more than 300 projects under the ESPA program (Research & Innovation, Manufacturing, Trade, Service Provision, etc.). Additionally, it has participated (both as a member and as a coordinating partner) in a series of transnational and national-scale projects in collaboration with local authorities and public institutions (such as Interreg Greece\u2013Bulgaria, TOPSA, TOPEKO, and other regional initiatives).
