Management has decided to implement a Quality Management System in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015 and to have it certified.. The main motivation is the pursuit of improving the internal operating system and its effectiveness, as well as acquiring the necessary know-how to more efficiently meet customer needs and requirements, aiming for their complete satisfaction.
