As a co-founder of ena Development Consultants, I’ve been part of a growth journey that began in 2006 and continues at a fast pace to this day. Since then, I’ve taken on various roles, focusing mainly on investment plan support studies, business planning, and project management. The idea behind ena stemmed from an observation—we identified a gap in the local market for specific consulting services and wanted to contribute by filling that gap.

In my daily role at the company, I now focus on strategic development, improving internal processes, and exploring new business opportunities. In recent years, I’ve become particularly fascinated by the exploration and application of new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation. My constant goal is to discover how we can offer real solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently.

If I could have a superpower, it would be the ability to analyze and automate every organizational process with unmatched speed and precision, using methodologies and techniques from Design Thinking—which I’m an avid fan of.

Beyond my professional path, I enjoy staying up to date with the latest trends in technology and AI. I travel often, invest in personal growth, and spend quality time with my family and friends. I believe harmony is key, and I seek activities that nurture both physical and mental well-being.

If circumstances were different and I weren’t at ena, I would probably co-found a tech startup offering AI and automation solutions—helping people stay creative and smiling in their everyday work.
