Hello, I’m Salomi, and I have been working at ena Development Consultants as a Development Consultant in the O.S.D.E. Sector since 2022 at the Chrysoupoli branch. I hold a degree in Agricultural Technology for Plant Production (Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, 2022) and a degree in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering (Kavala Institute of Technology, 2011). Additionally, I hold two Master's degrees: one in Science Education and Modern Technologies, and the other in Environmental Planning and Management of Natural Resources.

My main responsibility at ena is the management of O.S.D.E. and supporting agri-environmental and investment programs such as Organic Farming, De-nitrification, Confusion, and Indigenous Breeds. Additionally, I take on the strategic guidance of our producers and organize programs for the development of their operations.

I enjoy communicating with producers and analyzing their challenges, providing solutions that contribute to their development. It is particularly fulfilling to see the positive impact of my work on their daily lives and to contribute to the achievement of their goals through proper strategy and the utilization of programs.

If I could have a superpower in my job, it would be the ability to accurately predict changes in announcements and policies, so I can guide our clients promptly and strategically based on future developments.

In my free time, I engage in reading scientific and environmental topics, travel whenever I can, and enjoy connecting with nature by exploring local trails.

If I weren’t a Development Consultant, I would like to be an environmental education teacher or a coordinator of environmental actions in schools, as I am drawn to the connection between education and sustainability.
