Hello, I’m Liana, and I work at ena Development Consultants as a Development Consultant in the Competitiveness of SMEs Sector. I studied Economics at the University of Hertfordshire, gaining strong foundations in market analysis, business development strategy, and financial resource management.

My role at ena focuses on financing small and medium-sized enterprises through funding programs, sustainability analysis, and the preparation of investment plans. My joy comes from helping businesses grow and evolve through strategic solutions and proper guidance. The satisfaction of seeing a business achieve its goals is what inspires me every day, and of course, this is supported by a highly skilled and motivated team, as well as ena's excellent facilities.

If I could have a superpower in my work, it would be to accurately predict economic trends and funding opportunities, so I could guide businesses on the optimal path to growth.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family and traveling, capturing new destinations, cultures, and experiences through photography. If I weren’t doing this job, I would be a flight attendant – combining my passion for travel with providing high-level service and the opportunity to meet new people and cultures every day.
