Hello, I’m Lampros and I’ve been working at ena Development Consultants since 2014.
I am involved in providing consulting support, submitting funding applications, offering technical assistance during implementation, and preparing payment requests for various actions under the Rural Development Programme, such as Improvement Plans, Young Farmers, Agri-environmental measures, and more. After completing my studies at the Department of Agriculture, Crop Production and Rural Environment of the University of Thessaly, I worked for five months as an agronomist in the municipal unit of Stavroupoli through the OAED Public Employment Programme. My next and current professional position is at ena Development Consultants, where I have been working ever since.
What I enjoy most in my work at ena is the challenge of managing various projects and supporting investors—mainly in the agricultural sector of the wider Eastern Macedonia and Thrace region—by providing them with consulting support to help them grow.
Outside of work and the office, I enjoy playing basketball.
Producers today must also be professionals. They should stay informed about developments in their sector through official sources, remain open to discussing proposals for targeted investments, new crops, or cultivation techniques, and strive—while preserving the knowledge and experience passed down from previous generations—to innovate and, if possible, take things to the next level.
