Hello, I’m Konstantina, and I work at ena Development Consultants as a marketing executive. I graduated from the School of Agriculture at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and continued with a Master's (MSc) in Digital Marketing at Democritus University of Thrace. The combination of these two fields has given me a broad perspective – from sustainability and nature to the innovation of digital communication.
What I enjoy most about my job is the creative involvement in designing and implementing communication strategies, as well as the opportunity to produce content that meaningfully connects people with the values and goals of each project. I am particularly satisfied when I convey messages with authenticity, consistency, and creativity, as I feel that I am contributing to the genuine communication and growth of the company.
Although marketing has always been what I imagined doing – a field that combines creativity, strategy, and communication – I can’t ignore how much I’m also drawn to the world of video games. If I weren't working in marketing, I would likely have pursued a path related to game design or technical support and computer repair – two fields that combine creativity with logical thinking and fascinate me because of their constant technological evolution.
In my free time, I enjoy spending moments with my friends and family, while also enjoying sketching. I consider sketching a form of expression that brings balance and fulfillment, as through it, I find creative escape and personal tranquility. Additionally, video games serve as a pleasant and interactive form of entertainment for me, helping me develop skills such as strategic thinking, problem-solving, and quick decision-making.
