I’m Filio, and I work at ena Development Consultants as a Senior Sustainability Consultant, specializing in sustainable development and European funding. I support businesses, organizations, and municipalities in integrating ESG principles and CSRD requirements into their strategies, helping them adopt a more meaningful and responsible way of operating.

At the same time, I’m involved in the submission, implementation, and communication of European projects with a positive social and environmental impact, making the most of the opportunities offered by EU funding instruments.

What I love most about my job is that every project is a new opportunity to connect people, ideas, and solutions with a shared goal of improving our lives. I particularly enjoy cross-departmental collaboration and the challenge of “translating” complex sustainability issues into simple, actionable proposals.

If I had a superpower, I would love to see the real-time impact of every action – the effect a project has on the environment, the community, and people.

In my free time, I love traveling, watching documentaries on social issues, and seeking inspiration in anything that combines design and substance. I share my getaways with my best friend – my dog, Kraken.

If I weren’t here, I might have become an interior designer with an ecological approach or a travel content creator focused on sustainability projects around the world. Or I would simply dedicate myself to finding ways for us to reconnect with nature and animals, for a more balanced and meaningful life for all.
