Hello, I’m Charalampos, and I have been working at Ena Development Consultants since 2022. I am a graduate of the Department of Agricultural Development at Democritus University of Thrace, with a Master’s degree in Production and Management Engineering from DUTH. In my role, I am part of the primary sector department of the company and focus on customer service for the submission and implementation of investment programs. I advise producers and livestock farmers on maximizing subsidies based on their operations through O.S.D.E. declarations and funded programs.

The greatest satisfaction for me is when, through my advice and guidance, the client manages to secure the maximum subsidy and advance their business.

If I could have a superpower in my job, it would be the ability to accurately predict which program or subsidy would provide the best outcome for each client, ensuring the maximum possible support.

In my free time, Iengage in sports, go for walks and trips, watch movies and series, and spend time with my family, as they are a source of energy and inspiration for me.

If I weren't doing this job, I would like to dedicate myself to a field that combines my interest in agriculture with sustainability, such as the development of innovative and environmentally friendly agricultural practices.
