In May 2013, a business plan was drafted for the creation of the individual business of Ms. Fotini Valsami, with a focus on the production of ready meals. The goal of the business plan is to establish a modern high-level enterprise, with particularly well-organized operational processes that will fully meet customer demands. The immediate goals of the business are to acquire and expand a significant market share, continuous development, growth, and profitability.

The business plan was approved, and the business was included as an under-establishment company in October 2013 in the program "Support for Small and Medium Enterprises in the Fields of Processing, Tourism, Commerce – Services", co-financed by the Regional Operational Program of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace (ESPA 2007-2013) with a 60% subsidy rate.

The business officially started on February 12, 2014.

Specifically, expenses were implemented for building modifications and procurement of all requested equipment for the business's operation, software expenses, environmental protection and energy-saving expenses, certification expenses for ISO 22000 – HACCP, promotional expenses, and operational expenses.
